Deira Tours Signs MoU with the Ministry of Culture to Enhance Historic Jeddah’s Tourism Experience

As part of our commitment to showcasing Saudi Arabia’s rich cultural heritage and creating unique tourism experiences, Deira Tours signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Culture on the sidelines of the World Travel Market London (WTM 2025).

The agreement aims to enhance Historic Jeddah’s global tourism presence through the development of innovative visitor experiences and the launch of joint promotional campaigns.

Under the MoU, Historic Jeddah will become an integral part of Deira Tours’ travel offerings, with comprehensive programs that combine heritage-focused tours, cultural events, and interactive activities. These experiences will showcase the district’s authenticity and vibrant character, offering visitors diverse and memorable cultural journeys.

Commenting on the partnership, Bander Naqro, Executive Director of the Destination Management Office in Historic Jeddah, emphasized that the collaboration forms part of ongoing efforts to expand cooperation with the tourism sector and enrich visitor experiences through initiatives inspired by the district’s unique cultural identity.

For Deira Tours, this partnership represents an important step in supporting Historic Jeddah’s position as a distinctive cultural destination.
