Cancellation Policy

• All cancellation requests must be sent to: reservations@deira.com.sa
• 100% refund – if cancellation is made 15 days or more before the trip.
• 50% refund – if cancellation is made 5 to 14 days before the trip.
• Non-refundable – if cancellation is made less than 5 days before the trip.
• Refunds will be processed within 10–14 working days.
